Certified Photoshop Addict

I've had this Photoshop 7.0 installer for a while, and I've installed it into my PC once and again everytime I would need to install stuff. Not because I've been using it, but because it kind of looked nice there; just sitting on my desk top. It just seems so professional! Hmmmm. hehehehehe.
Everytime the need came that I would tweak stuff on my photos; I would actually use a different program. The Microsoft Picture it! suite has a simple interface, absolutely very elementary if you ask me. Anyone who could see and use the mouse could do it!
So compared to Photoshop 7.0, Microsoft picture it! was a stroll in the park. And just the mere glance at the Photoshop 7.0 gui would surely overwhelm the seasoned Picture it! user such as I am.
Until 2 weeks ago, I've decided to finally use the Photoshop 7.0 program. Nothing was gonna hold me back. I told myself "I'm professional, I could do it!". It was an upgrade as far as I was concerned. Eto na! Ibang level na to! Kaya ko nga ang Autocad at 3D studio VIZ, eto pa kaya! I was trying to psych myself! hehehehehe

So I did it, and I loved it. I got hooked the very first time I moved and clicked my mouse on its gorgeous gui. Haaaaay! It was love at first click!

Now, after viewing some instructional videos at Youtube.com about Photoshop, I even upgraded to its latest version, the CS3! Woohooooo! hehehehehe

Here I am right now, Photoshop-whoring each and every photograph I have in my hard drive. Trying to brighten up one thing or another, and experimenting on what more the program can do to improve God's bounty. Hehehehehe. Waaaaaaah! Gusto ko na matulog!

If this be my addiction, at least I've made everyone stored in my pictures album a tad closer to perfection. Hate them all because they're beautiful. Hehehehehe

Thanks to Photoshop!

Hi. The transformation of your friend is an interesting use of PhotoShop.

I, too, am a PhotoShop addict. I was quickly hooked by the 1.0 beginner's version, then bought the 2.0 which I'm now using effectively... please take a look at my blog.

Over a year ago, a friend gave me 7.0, but I'm dragging my feet about using it. (I resist unnecessary change.) I'm sure that "learning it" will take some effort, and I'll have to clear out the 2.0 storage and save this into files before I make the change.

Do you think the advantages of 7.0 are worth the trouble of upgrading?
